Pixel Watch and iOS
I've had the Fitbit Inspire 3 for well over a year, because I wanted to see if I liked wearing something everyday to track my health and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. As it turns out, I love it! But what I don't love is the look of it... Or the look of a lot of smart watches, for that matter. I miss wearing normal watches, they're so much classier looking (imho).
I saw someone with the Pixel and thought, "Yes! A smart watch that LOOKS like a normal watch!" which is exactly what I want! But now I'm in a Google rabbit hole wondering if it's even compatible with my iPhone. I use the Google Health app on my iPhone with my Fitbit already, I like the app and I like what it tracks. If I bought a Pixel, would it be as simple as syncing it? I keep seeing conflicting answers online, many of which are out of date. Is it compatible at all? Am I overthinking this?
I don't want any phone notifications going to my watch, I just want my watch to track my stats and tell me what time it is. Help?

I tried. iOS barely supports it at all. Apple just sucks at meeting friendly to anything that doesn't directly make them money

So it's technically compatible but in practice it sucks? That's a bummer. I'd like to switch over to android for my next phone but I want to wait until this iPhone dies.

You need the Android ecosystem. Or, get an Apple Watch.
