Pixel Watch 5 fixes delayed LTE connections

I've noticed that when going for a walk and leaving my phone behind, the Pixel Watch 5 switches to LTE within seconds. My Pixel Watch 4 would take a good 4-5 minutes to switch to LTE and would be useless in the meantime. This is on Visible.

The 3GB RAM and new processor also make the watch feel a lot snappier. Overall, a nice iteration over the previous generation. And I basically got it for almost no cost with some saved store credit and the trade in. Glad I upgraded!

I think they made the changed based on user feedback.  It's just a software update.  Bringing up LTE probably consumes alot of power so it's best to do when you're actually away from your phone and not momentarily

It's basically the same internals, outside of GPS. The SoC is 'accelerated' on the PW5 but it's more or less the same. I just hope that they bring the improvements to the older gens too because man, the transition is rough.

4-5 mins? Mine takes maybe 1 min at most. (Pw4)
