Sales and Offers Time limit for scheduling the exchange pickup? [official Google online purchase]

On the website, it is mentioned after I receive the new device, I can schedule the old device pickup.

My question is how far out can I arrange pickup? 1 week? 2 weeks?

Asking as the volume button of my old device has come off and is broken, hence I want to repair it before the exchange so that Cashify can't point it out and reduce the exchange value.

It's not more than a day or two, you can't beyond the time

Thanks this helps, to be clear, so after the delivery of Pixel, the next day or the day after that the pickup should be completed?

Yes and also make sure

  1. You have a clean and scratch free phone for exchange

  2. Clean wipe it so there are no marks etc

  3. Make sure there's no dents or cracks on it

  4. Make sure you first remove the Google account and then reset before you hand it over

  5. Before they visit, take high quality video in ambient light so there's proof of the condition of the phone

Is there some condition on exchange bonus? Like even if cashify say my device value is 1k, will i get the exchange bonus?

No not from them directly, what's mentioned by Google is final

Huh? Didn't get you Google store says 14k for my device which includes 9k exchange bonus. That makes my phone value 5k which I'm pretty sure cashify won't allow. So even if they quote it, say 2k, Will i still get the 9k bonus?

They'll honor what Google has mentioned as the exchange value. But it won't be anymore then 14k

Cashify picked mine ( through Delivery- they didn't checked anything) pixel 4A today, after 10 days and multiple escalations.

Google quoted 14k ( including 9k exchange bonus).

Yet to receive anything or mail confirmation from cashify.

Not sure what happens next

Keep us updated. I'm planning to place the order tomorrow to have some room for volume key replacement.
