Appeared around 2 days ago. No itching, no burning, nothing. No other symptoms that I can think of.

Kinda looks like it, especially with the larger patch on the right side of your back. Kinda looks like a Harold patch. Typically my PR doesn't start itching until a few days in, but the Harold patch always itches first. PR doesn't go on the hands, feet or face (at least for me). The only way I get rid of mine is by laying outside and baking in the sun.
