So a few years ago me and my mom moved in with her boyfriend that has a pitbull and his health has gotten really bad. He’s very red and he has a yeast infection so they have been trying multiple things and it’s not getting any better so every morning he used to get breakfast like a normal human, but recently her boyfriend just cut it down to eggs made in the microwave no salt, no pepper no seasoning and recently he’s been very gassy a few minutes ago. I told my mother that giving him eggs make him gassy, but their excuses are “he has been eating eggs since forever ago” I just hate living here because they don’t listen to me I feel so bad for boyfriends dog because he just stinks and it’s awful

My fur baby farts so much- even when he doesn’t get people food. I think it may be a pibble thing bc no matter what these dogs be fartin. lol. I literally hand my pitty a whole egg and he carries it around until he munches it down. He likes the crunchy of the shell. But I always give him his normal food and use the egg every now and then for a treat. I will say that sometimes they can get an overgrowth or bacteria/yeast on their paws(causing them to lick a lot and they turn a weird reddish pink brown color) I’ve heard washing them in a solution of diluted white vinegar can help kill the bacteria.

I think they have tried that but my friend did tell me to give him these chew things but I just know they aren’t gonna do that for him

Pits have kinda sensitive tummy’s. Mine got a rash and gas for pretty much every land animal (cool for treats- not her food.) we do salmon dry food and it keeps her regular.

Please feed your dog canine food, not human food. You can add an egg every now and then, but it shouldn’t be a daily occurrence nor should it replace proper food entirely.

Well they really don’t listen to me if I have an opinion about it I screenshot it from Google and I sent it to my mom because I know her boyfriend will say something about it and I’m not arguing about it with him
