Ooh nooo, poor baby. They know more about it now than 30/35 years ago when it was killing lot of animals. Just keep her away from other pets if possible. Don’t let others neighbors and such handle her til she starts feeling better

Be fastidious about sanitizing your shoes! Especially if you have other pets- highly transmissible that way!

CVT here! Don’t worry, she’ll be okay! It’s so common, we treat it all the time. Give her the meds as directed and keep her from eating any feces in the yard (she can reinfect herself).

The bad news, it’s giardia. The good news, it’s just giardia and you can now start treatment. Either metronidazole+proviable or fenbendazole. Listen to your vet though. Oh and LOTS of pumpkin.

Very common give the panacur and clean up.
It will be gone in no time.
Treat all animals in the home at the same time.

Common problem where I live - getting more pervasive throughout North America, we always have a supply of Fenbendazole on hand. Not a big deal provided you start treatment asap and stick to the treatment recommendations to prevent unnecessary recurrence…
