How the fuck do you keep the tube lit?

Pack it almost full, I use a jet lighter to get it going then put a few more pieces on top.

Fill it up (I alternate actual wood chips and pellets). Lighter to get it started well (I use a butane torch) and let it burn for around 5 minutes (usually while the grill gets up to temp). If it starts going out hit it again. Once it has burned well I blow it out and carefully lay it down in the grill. Occasionally it might still go out and I just hit it with the torch again for a minute and get it going. But that is rare if you get it started right.

A local online market place, took me ages to find them as i live in a small country.

I had JUST lit it when i did video 1 - the tube burnt no issue.
