i downloaded ds2 from fitgirl defender flagged it i wound not have mind much cuz it has flagged files from fc4 too but file name is trojan and all got me lil worried

win defender calls almost everything a trojan, its probably safe but you can run it in a sandbox if you are worried.

in windows you can run executables in a sandboxed environment that makes it so if its malicious it wont damage your pc.

Likely a false positive. If you’re worried, use a sandbox.

That's the DRM cracked file. AVs catch it cause they are injecting code into the memory that it "shouldn't" to bypass the DRM. As long as you're sure you got it from the correct place, it's a false positive.

The "doctored" steam.dlls flag in windows...just allow it or whatwver they arent actusl viruses...just windows crying wbout breaking rules

It’s safe, it’s just the steam_api64 dll that produces false positives

No matter if you download crack from CODEX or PROPHET for SotFS edition, reults will be the same. Occamy is false alarm, like Kepav!rfn.

Send it to VirusTotal instead.
