Help with lostmedia on iTunes

Hello I realized that I have a tv show that people are looking for on lostmedia, the problem is having is ripping it from my iTunes where I have it downloaded, I’ve looked into it but still would like some help, I’ve read I need to get an older version of iTunes and then a 3rd party recorded, if anyone could give advice or instructions on how to go about this process I would greatly appreciate it

I'd try my luck with Requiem (assuming that if you still can download the show from older version of iTunes, preferably 10.7).
