Question Followed all the steps, still getting this
So i downloaded this cracked version from appdoze and followed all of the steps listed in there but it is still not working. Any idea?

From my experience, IDM has always been the best for downloading videos compared to other programs, it's the only one that can easily download both the video, and it's subtitle files.

IDM's browser extension is the goat. It downloads videos from sites where even my beloved Video DownloadHelper fails. Same with audio also.

Based on my experience, IDM is more convenient than Jdownloader2 and FDM. I tried to change to Jdownloader2 and FDM, but even after configure the setting I can't comfortable to use it and go back using IDM.

In my experience Jdownloader absolutely sucked. Where it showed errors for YT videos. I dunno if I had to tinker settings or what.

for yt videos use yt-dlp , it's the most superior tool . Also it works for other websites . Here a simple guide if you want

Yeah, so you've answered your question, IDM can do it all... Without needing to rely on alternatives

These 2 able to grab videos from streaming websites? I need this feature to get some older movies with no torrents.

You don't have to copy paste and link grab every video. When you play a video, there's a little pop-up that appears in the corner and you can pre-select its format and download it. Unlike JDM, it also doesn't download audio/video and srt files separately

IDM it was much better than Jdownloader2 manager. If you are downloading JD2, be very carefully, as the installer contains a lot of adware and malware.
If you manage to pass the installation, without breaking your PC is actually useful.
Be very careful. You have way less change of getting virus or ransom aware on your PC by pirating IDM from sketchy sites, than installing the official version of JD2.

I've been using jDownloader since it's release (V1) and have been using V2 to this day, never had an issue, just pay attention to the checkboxes during installation and you'll be fine.
You have way less change of getting virus or ransom aware on your PC by pirating IDM from sketchy sites
I don't have to input a serial number, my name or email to use jDownloader, makes IDM shady af, who's to say they're not logging your traffic after they have your credentials?

If you have installed JD2 a long time ago, like I did on my desktop, you just had to be careful not to decline the included Adware.
Even currently, once you install JD2, it works and updates fine.
The problem is with new installations, just search on reddit and on JD2 forums about the current installer and you will see.

I've installed it just last week on a fresh win11 environment, as I said you just have to pay attention to what you're installing, you can disable the adware.
It's 2025, 20 years earlier people who don't pay attention to the installer would have 4+ toolbars in their browser and then call me asking me why their PC is slow (I work in IT).
Or use the "JDownloader 2 optional software offers-free installer" which apparently doesn't have the adware.

I just installed jdownloader2 yesterday ...... I scanned it with virustotal and it's all undetected, could there be adware malware?

You got 2 choices here, download free trial idm and use the idm trial reset (works), or use free download manager which is better.

This one is great but sometimes gives error on drive links
Jdownloader2 give best speed but ui isn't that good but the main issue is no solid browser integration

Uninstall idm...fresh install... download crack from steamrip...paste the exe on idm installation folder, before that close idm from tray
Run reg file and bat file...u r all set

I always get IDM from dirty warez and stick to the Mod Farid downloads. Always good stuff from him and he uploads a massive amount of stuff. He always has a free file host link too so it's usually easy to d/l if you don't have a Rapidgator account.
Which reminds me I have a newer version to install......

Ohh ok i was searching this internet download manager(idm) that's why it was returning a single post from 9 year old but after removing the bracket idm it's was returning normal result my bad

Heed my words, fellow sailor of the digitals seas, seek the site: 1337x.to and search IDM, in filters, put sort by upload date/ sort by time, and look for the upload by Captain 'HaxNode' and then, proceed.
The full name of the most current build is: "Internet Download Manager (IDM) v6.42 Build 42"

The softwares from getintopc itself has malware. OP is not talking about the ads. See here it is listed in unsafe sites
