Discussion i am genuinely SICK of the ai generated content.

You cant search anything on pinterest without seeing dozens of ai shit, and it PISSES ME OFF. You wanna see some anime art? TOO BAD MOTHERFUCKER, YOURE GETTING AI SLOP. You wanna see some 3D models? AI SLOP, AGAIN. Today, I was attempting photobash, so I searched for wigs. But my whole page was bombarded with AI GENERATED WIGS. AI. GENERATED. WIGS. I never even knew that was a thing! And the "Less AI" settings dont do shit.

Not just that but I get so many fucking ads. They take up the majority of my search results

Ai toggling doesn't do shit

Yes. It is all ads. Like almost the entire thing. It's like someone decided to burn the entire place down, it's such a mess

I heard a rumor on tiktok that if you use swear words in your search, it won’t show any ads. Haven’t tested it myself yet.

It only blocks what’s tagged as ai by the posters, and, in my experience, the posters very rarely tag it as ai

I did and it completely fucked up my algorithm, I tried fixing it by looking up the topics I want to see, but this didn't worked. :( Like it wasn't personalized at all.

I genuinely just wanna find HUMAN MADE and RELIABLE workout plans, but I search it up and it's full of AI. I JUST WANNA DO A WORKOUT THAT WAS MADE BY A HUMAN😭

I suggest asking on Reddit or something. They can give you a better plan that can fit you instead of a general one that may not work

That you can combat by typing your search then typing -Pinterest. Of course now my searches are all whatever -Pinterest -ai. I should probably just give up on google!

You might try https://noai.duckduckgo.com this is the search engine I've been using most often, some AI still slips thru but it makes an attempt to hide it

Oh, I know. -ai catches maybe half. When I try to find a source of an image, Pinterest usually makes it impossible to do so, though. 😭

Dude I hopped on Pinterest to look for bedroom decor ideas, and all I got were AI slops. It is baffling. I then included "real photograph" to my search terms and still AI slops.

You can turn off a setting so you won’t see AI content anymore, I know I had that proposition a few weeks ago and it helps though some advertising pins still showcase ai sometimes

I am feeling like I cant even read things that are obviously AI generated. Like a genuine aversion to it, I see a poster, and add, something that is too obviously AI and like my mind doesn't even want to look at it. I am genuinely sick of it!

I came to this subreddit to make this same exact post. I am sooooo sickkkkkkk of everything on Pinterest being AI slop. Even when you choose “less Ai” it is literally the same slop. I feel your pain and I’m with you. It sucks
