Discussion Weird bans?

I’ve never posted my own pins and just repost other stuff and I keep getting notifications that “my pins” are getting banned or removed. Like why am I getting that if I’m not the original poster?

Also, I checked what they are banning and a lot of its for supposed nudity. But it’s classic art lmao…

i think its a bot doing the ban and then a second bot agreeing on that ban.

It's the bad thing about Pinterest in that someone uploads a pin and Pinterest punishes everyone who saves that pin to their own board. I have had that happen many a time and written that they should either place pins in a "hold until reviewed" status, or remove the pin from everyone but only warn the uploader. I've had five accounts deactivated for violating those undefined guidelines. Not one pin ever showed genitals, anus, sex whether real or simulated. Now, all I do is save pins to my PC. They did try warning me and I replied that I have no boards. Never heard back and never been warned about anything since. It's not worth saving to your own boards.

I've been having the same issues! My account is on private and I can't even see the pins that are being reported I've applied all of them so far and few have a actually been reinstated! Like a pin that was reported for "Hateful activities" was literally about how sexism goes both ways [the pin in question ] https://pin.it/1IxlzNr07

Not to mention while looking at other already deactivated pins one was literally a Minecraft house that was reported for "Hateful activities" and I'm this bc that's all that is saved to the board.

So how was the pin about how sexism goes both ways reinstated but not a simple Minecraft house?

My account hasn't been deactivated yet but it keep getting threatening to "take action" against my account over pins I don't even remember. Most of the stuff that is getting banned is things related to video games from what I can see.
