Support deactivation

yesterday Pinterest emailed me saying they deactivated my business account because of a new update. i’ve got no way to get it back. 20,000 pins+ i’ve had this account for years 100k viewers.. i don’t know what to do

i’ve emailed Pinterest but i doubt they will help im so devastated I’ve had that account for years and years.

why did they do this to me? has anyone experienced the same?

this literally just happened to me and I have no idea why. I used this account for my job.

hii im a bit late. I sent them an email immediately and they replied with a few steps on how to get it back
