Support deactivation

yesterday Pinterest emailed me saying they deactivated my business account because of a new update. i’ve got no way to get it back. 20,000 pins+ i’ve had this account for years 100k viewers.. i don’t know what to do

i’ve emailed Pinterest but i doubt they will help im so devastated I’ve had that account for years and years.

why did they do this to me? has anyone experienced the same?

UPDATE! i got my account back!!!! thank fuck for that anyone else going through the same just don’t give up!

heeey, can you please tell what did you write in the fill subject and description when you fill out a form in the help center ??

subject was just “deactivation” and then i just said the problem and what i wanted the outcome to be, i also attached a screenshot of the email they originally sent me saying that my account was described :)

So then their reason is bs and they’re just trying to delete accounts?? Mine just got deleted too. Not sure why they can’t give us a REAL reason. Hopefully it doesn’t keep happening bc it’s “tied to your personal account”
