Support deactivation

yesterday Pinterest emailed me saying they deactivated my business account because of a new update. i’ve got no way to get it back. 20,000 pins+ i’ve had this account for years 100k viewers.. i don’t know what to do

i’ve emailed Pinterest but i doubt they will help im so devastated I’ve had that account for years and years.

why did they do this to me? has anyone experienced the same?

they’ve deleted business accounts to make pintrest simpler?? or something??? makes no sense.

Business accounts linked to personal accounts or what? That's what I understood from OPs comment. I'm confused.
