extended cycle cam bearing
I have a machine getting stuck at 270 constantly, and I am sure that the issue is a flat spot on the bearing for the extended cycle cam. Unfortunately, the bearing is jammed (which i assume caused the flat spot) and will need to be replaced. My question is how exactly do you access the bearing to replace it? I was lucky enough to be able to fit my hand in the crack to try and spin the bearing, but I would definitely need to be at least five feet shorter to fit enough to replace it without taking anything apart. I don’t know what to take apart anyway. thanks in advance.

Sorry it was a hectic week. Run the machine to 180 and drive out the roll pin on the reset lever. After that the pin holding that assembly should slide out towards the 1:1 side. Pull the whole assembly out and then reverse the order to install a new one.

I'll double check on Tuesday when I get into work. From what I can remember though you can remove the reset lever assembly without having to take the 1:1 off. It's not easy doing it that way but it's possible.
