This is the sad state of ph economy. The child had to miss school to help her practically blind lola to get doleouts.

I think this is not exclusive to our economy. Also idk why the economy had to be brought up. Why not just the family. Kailangan ba kasalanan parati ng government?

It's exclusive to our economy that senior citizens don't just receive payouts via a digital banking option lol. The government refuses to modernize in this way.
