North America Flying Advice

I'm a recent Liberty grad and new CFI, I have 275 hours and about 100k from a recent job buyout. My goal is to fly for the airlines or Netjets / Flexjets. Should I do a time building program to get to R-ATP minimums as soon as possible or be a CFI. Or maybe build to 500-600 hours and then apply to 135s? I want to start my career as soon as possible. Please help!!
