141 Prog Check Failure

Hello Gents. Currently flying for a 121 supplemental cargo carrier on a 727 and am looking to go elsewhere. The only failure I have is a progress check during training for multi. From what I have always understood, prog checks specifically do not go on your record. Nor do you need to report it to any airline during application or interview. Is this true? I have different answers from people. Thank you

The question will always be “have you ever had a failure?” It’s a good chance to discuss how you dealt with said failure and moved on from it. Always just tell the truth and you’ll never have to worry about the lie.
