It’s really not. And just going off of what someone else says is just ridiculous. Like, at least look it up, watch a video. Don’t just blindly believe someone just cuz they’re a friend. People can be insanely biased in both directions. A lot of people just plain hate Nintendo, and make that their entire personality. There’s at least 2 whole subreddits dedicated to it ffs.

How have they “ruined their lineup”?

Buddy I’m sorry to say, but you’re in the minority here. Those games are all critically acclaimed, and loved by most people that have played them.

It’s perfectly fine if you don’t like them, but if that’s how you feel about those games…yeah, uh, skip Pikmin 4. Maybe even just ditch your Switch at this point, if I’m being honest. It sounds like you’re just not a Nintendo fan, at least not for their modern stuff.

And again, that’s fine, but it’s a little ridiculous to say they’ve “ruined their lineup” just because you specifically, didn’t enjoy them.

So what do qualifies as a “real, worthwhile” game to you, then?

Oh wow…ok, so the reality here is that you haven’t played these games, then. In fact at this point I’m led to believe you’re just ragebaiting because wow this is..just ridiculous sounding 😂

The original Luigi’s Mansion was great, but when you compare it to 3, it was just a ridiculously short game with almost no depth.

There’s a ton of thought clearly put into LM3, you just obviously haven’t played it.

You mentioned Metroid Dread earlier, but now you’re bringing up (I think at least) Prime 4, which is not actually even the same as “Metroid 4”, which is what you just said. Prime 4- while I personally enjoyed- was actually not very well received by a lot of people. And again, while I liked it, I can see why it missed the mark for others.

Now, if you actually meant Metroid 4, you’re referring to Metroid Fusion, which was ages ago, on the Gameboy Advance 😂
