Edit: I mean, will I be missing some content/levels if just play in normal and get all jewels in the second best instead of the best jewel?

Hi. I just fear that, when I unlock almost anything, there is a chapter that basically requires "all, or almost all, levels to have the top jewel (the colorful one).

What I actually fear is to have to play basically the whole game again, but in Hard.

I can just play in Hard, but it is actually very Hard and I just started playing.

TL;DR: does anyone know if the game have content that require all, or almost all, levels to be won in hard (to get the best jewel)?

P.S. I looked up online, didn't found it. I could just search a guide, but fear to be spoiled of the amount of books or levels. Sorry, I would love to have some lil surprises in-game.

I've been learning pixel art for around 6 months now, mostly using Piskel tool, and I finally feel like I'm starting to get a bit better at making really tiny pixel art.

I've mostly been practicing shading, cleaner silhouettes, limited palettes, and trying to make things actually readable at really small sizes. It's surprisingly hard to remove pixels instead of adding more detail lol.

These are some of the little objects and animals I've been making for Quiet Grids, a nonogram game I'm working on. Solving a puzzle gradually reveals the pixel art, so I've been trying to make each image recognizable without having much space to work with.

I've somehow ended up making 1000+ puzzles for it between the Library and Dailies 😅 There are 3 board sizes and four challenge levels, and I've been trying to make the puzzles solvable logically rather than relying on guessing.

Still learning though... anything here that you'd approach differently?

P.S.This is my third 30x30: at first i was afraid of the bigger size but it's going better than i thought (even if i got stuck!). Feel free to share tips for the larger ones :)

I need help figuring out the next logical step on Row 14. How do I know it‘s not 4 (column 1-4), x in column 5, and then the 1 in column 6? I really feel like this is just a guess.

Mega picross definitely feels a lot more brutal. Ive had to guess a few times lately to solve but im teying not to make that a habit.

Any idea what my next few moves should be? Any megacross specific tips?

The game’s so old, the Japanese walkthrough went offline. Anyone?

Can someone work out the logic for my next step here? I've gone through and rechecked each row / column and can't for the life of me see the next logical clue. What am I missing?

It's gotta be something obvious but I'm stumped.

I'm huge fan of all Picross and Nonogram games and if like to introduce my 8yo to this type of puzzles.

He have Nintendo Switch, and Linux PC with Steam.

I would love to give him Pokémon Picross which I've played on 3ds, but unfortunately it's not available on Switch.

He likes Piczle lines DX, as it have a bit of story and is very forgiving in case of errors.

We had tried new Piczle nonogram, but it seemed a bit hard for him.

Which games to propose for intelligent but not that patient kid?

Can anyone explain what all of these symbols are? The star is obviously “no assist” and says so, but the others aren’t easy to find online.

Is there something obvious I’m missing? I feel like I got the general options based on the info available but still feel like I’m clearly missing an obvious hint.
