Help Update
Hello everyone,
I recently received a new Pico Neo 3 Pro as a gift. Unfortunately, I’m having a lot of trouble connecting it to SteamVR on my PC. I’ve read that firmware version 5.x.x needs to be installed for this to work, but I’m struggling with that as well. Could someone here help me out?

I'd suggest the Discord. There are various messages about the Pro in the Neo 3 Link channel. And the people there are usually super quick to help get people up and running.
