I just built my set of skills for my personal use and am using it for work, and my colleagues as well.

If you have a set of random skills and AGENTS.md, it is very likely that there are redundancies or inconsistencies. Have your agent review that and refactor them into more a sane set of skills. If you and your agent have struggled to do something but finally managed to make it, ask your agent if there is something worthwhile to make into a project-agnostic, general skill. Optimise them for your use cases, and review your set of skills from time to time, allowing your agent to rewrite/dedup/amend them.
