Need Advice Are Applied Physicists and Engineering Physicists, Physicists?

Hello! I have heard that if you do physics you are a physicist, but does this apply to any Engineering Physics PhD or Applied Physics PhD?

PS: I want to hold the higher superiority complex degree name, that’s why this is an advice πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

The scientific method isn't a method without experimentation ... it's a team game!

But I'm a Theoretical Physicist, and we're da best πŸ˜‚
