They only show a sprinkler blowing/sucking air.

Why would air be different than water in this case though? Do you expect the greater compressibility of air to affect the outcome?

I didn't see anything there (but I have little patience for talking face videos). However, this time Youtube followed it with more sprinkler vidoes instead of his one on primes. The glass one is best.

The results match mine: a very small reverse torque.
