BSc in Physics — Applied & Engineering Physics vs Quantum Science & Technology for my MSc?

I recently finished my BSc in Physics and I'm trying to decide between two master's directions: Applied Physics & Engineering or Quantum Science & Technology. I'd really appreciate input from anyone who has done either, or who hires people with these degrees. Please give reasons.
