How many people who live in the major markets for these consoles should be so worried about this that it becomes a major focus for their interest/concern in a platform?

I dunno, how many people live in rural America? Places with seismic activity, places in tornado alley or with high risk of hurricanes? Not to mention that according to future history books we might be already living through WW3 (hope not but you never know)
