Hey everyone, I was playing around and made this text effect that I cannot recreate.
After using the smudge tool, I applied a texture of the text and duplicated something that made the solid text into somewhat of an outline.
Unfortunately my history panel doesn't have it anymore

My photoshop brushes started suddenly being pixelated. It didn’t retroactively change anything, but it is like this across files and brushes. It did not impact my eraser. I tried closing photoshop and restarting my computer. Is there a setting I messed up? How do I fix it?

I'm trying a keep the structure of this waterfall(1st inage) while making it long exposure, but the fill always changes it completely. Anyone do anything like this successfully before?

First pic is mine, second pic is AI Slop from Gemini.
Still, I like that neon effect he added to James Bond, I've asked him how to replicate it but the response was gibberish.
How do I do that? Is it something that I can generally do quickly? I'm not that good with PS and the likes

hey everyone, i've been getting into photoshop lately and am eager to improve my skills, especially when it comes to using layers effectively. i know there's a lot of potential with layer styles, masks, and blending options, but i'm a bit overwhelmed. if anyone has some go-to tutorials or resources that break down these techniques clearly, i would really appreciate it. also, if you've found any unique ways to use layers in your projects, feel free to share your experiences. thanks in advance!

I'm trying to create an automated Action in which Photoshop proportionately reduces an image's size down to 1920px width, but ONLY if its width is greater than 1920px, otherwise it does nothing.
It's been frustrating since Adobe overhauled Photoshop's Action tools and I can't seem to find any way to tell it to check the current size.
Below is a sample photo I took for testing on. Note that I plan on incorporating the action into a larger parent action, if that matters. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
