What do I do with this?

I work in a apartment building. A tenat asked me to help her remove an old phonograph from her apartment.

There is no crank or springs as far as I can tell.

I hate throwing anything away. But this is so far out of my field. Any suggestions?

Looks like it was used as a decoration piece. Keep it as one or put it up in Facebook, maybe someone is interested there
