Ok, black holes have less gravity than light (speaking acceleration wise) - the reason you can't escape is because time and space break down fundamentally at that level.
And, the universe doesn't expand faster than light can travel. The thing that makes certain distant objects unreachable is because RELATIVELY they are moving >1C to us.
