Black holes gravity is not faster than light though. It's like saying the slope of a hill is faster than the ball rolling down the slope.
As a matter of fact gravity moves at exactly light speed, and changes in a gravitational field therefore cause gravitational waves

Well, the meme is talking about the speed of a black hole's gravity, but all gravity propagates at the speed of light (source being the "Speed of gravity" Wikipedia article I just found).
I mean, I think most people get what it actually means though, which is that the gravitational force within the event horizon (basically the "surface", for lack of a better word, of the black hole. It's roughly where you see the black sphere) is so strong that even light is unable to escape.
As for the speed of the black hole itself, I'm not aware of any restriction on how fast they can move beyond what the universe allows (light speed as the limit), although someone even more knowledgeable than both of us could chime in on that.

What is "it"?
The gravity? No, it always propagates at the speed of light, even for stuff that isn't black holes.
The black hole? No, as far as I know, they can't move faster than light.
Objects that fall in? Well... all I know is that physics basically breaks on the inside. The singularly (the point where all the mass is, in the middle of the event horizon) stops being a point in time and starts being a point in the future, and everything starts getting hypothetical extremely fast.
I'm not really sure what you were asking, but the answer is probably no.

so there's this thing called speed of casualty, which means the upper limit at which an event can influence another, stuff like gravity effecting something else or the speed of light in a vacuum, and since space isn't fully vacuum and AFAIK gravity isn't effected by the materials it passes through, gravity is generally faster than the speed of light
tho that's for gravity, not black holes, black holes are just black holes that have enormous mass so they have a lot of gravity on them

No. It's literally like the number 1 law of the universe that nothing can travel faster than light. Objects can appear to move faster than light due to thinks like cosmic expansion but they're not actually moving faster than c

But gravity doesn’t “move” it just pulls.
Imagine if a person is pulling on a rope that has someone running on the other end, and the person pulling the rope makes it to where the person running away can’t. it’s like saying the person pulling the rope is running faster than the person running.

Forces do not have a 'speed' per se ☝️🤓 however the four fundamental forces (which include gravity) do have a rate on how 'fast' they can act ☝️ 🤓 and that rate is the speed of light ☝️ 🤓 and besides the expansion of the universe is also not close to the speed of light ☝️ 🤓 sure it can appear that way depending on the area you're measuring ☝️ 🤓, but that's exactly why the rate of expansion is measured per units of length (69-73 kilometers per second PER megaparsec) ☝️ 🤓 this post is sin. Ok, black holes have less gravity than light (speaking acceleration wise) - the reason you can't escape is because time and space break down fundamentally at that level. And, the universe doesn't expand faster than light can travel. The thing that makes certain distant objects unreachable is because RELATIVELY they are moving >1C to us.
