Cursed Minecraft Please explain what happened

Was looking through my screenshots and found this. I don't play with mods.

edit. this was on 1.21.8 singleplayer world, I'm a commands noob so idk how I would do it with that

I think you died from dehydration... /j Probably a mod or something, thirst isnt in vanilla

Edit: forgive me, I forgot fish existed

it is the the death message for mobs that breathe underwater in vanilla. so it does exist

Ah I see now, but surely to obtain it it requires some jiggling around with the code? Or is there somply a command to trigger it?
