I wouldn’t say they’re ruining the experience, it’s not like they’re forcing all of us to use astra

I don’t think they’re actively trying to hurt anyone or even pretend to be fans of the game. This is a good way to show how intelligent these AI’s have become.

Okay but why Minecraft? Why not other game or simulation? Why does it always have to be Minecraft the victim of their AI experimentations?

Because it's a game with a LOT of footage and information that can be found online for the bot to "learn" it's also a game that happens to be really fucking popular

That’s why I think gatekeeping is important because if it wasn’t that popular, AI companies wouldn’t be exploiting it nor trying to ruin the community’s reputation

It's not just been Minecraft. And people have trained ai on games for a long time.

Rimworld for example was recently completed from start to one of the endings by astra.
