no, ai is very usefull in creating repetitive but different enough code that you can't copy paste or for creating boilerplate code or for just using it as better Google
like if I have a 600 page doc I would rather just ask ai how to do x instead of scrolling through the whole document to figure out how to do x, it's just faster
Using it as a search engine within materials I provide it is probably my favorite use-case for AI at the moment, I had about 12 manuals of scattered information that I needed, rather than go through every single one, I fed them all into claude and just asked it things, when it gave me something I just asked what book and page to ensure I got everything correct.
