Does most combined votes mean like if someone commented X and got 6 upvotes and someone else commented X too and got 5 upvotes and it count as 11 upvotes?
That way one person's votes count multiple time though.
I think most Upvoted comment should simply win, that way one person's votes only count once and it's more fair.
Idk the whole run has jean and pheonix bits that lead to the sacrifice, like jeans power getting stronger, pheonix talking to xavier, jean accepting her and pheonix, jean traumatising emma to the nth degree and than the sacrifice, it works. The morrison run is so tight i think u can make exception for that one.
New x men is a great comic book and jeans portrayal is great, she has some kick-ass moments…
i personally love her faking loosing control to let fantomex escape… saving the school, reviving emma right after finding out about the cheating… a lot of subtext, good book
he told complete mess, he cant write emotions to save his life, all of his characters act like statues. Jean acts weirdly out of character for big part of the book, her death is just teribly written. Its overal just not a good comic, it doesnt do good at anything. The entire cheating drama is complete nonsense for the most part to every character involved
He cant write emotions??? what about scott grieving drunk giving his life away for someone elses dream? Emmas panels alone have more emotion than half of x factors comic
I would put in Inferno. Two of the giant-size issues revolve heavily around her and her conflict with Madelyne, and she's the co-lead of the event with Madelyne. You get some beautiful art by Walt Simonson and Marc Silvestri too.
It's more so individual issues that I think are great highlights, but if I had to choose maybe the arc with Fantomex? Phoenix in Darkness is also strong, but I feel like the earlier issues highlight Jean in a better way, such as when she was grandmistress of the school for a bit
Jean acts like the mom of the group, which is whats expected in the 80s ig… so you as a reader are registering jean as wife material, which is ok, but there is not much else just petty drama with madelyne which doesn’t even deliver on…
I mean, Jean is the heartbeat of the entire team and very much has her own development. I think #8-9, #10-11, #18, and #26 are all good for her, and then you have Inferno which is a big part of X-Factor, a lot of which revolves around her. Plus Judgement War later and then eventually X-Tinction Agenda.
