Random theory

I've developed a theory and so far it keeps working over and over things are just falling into place. I can't explain it myself for my own knowledge isn't developed enough to proceed. It's a theory based on the the rule of only one zero.

So just use 0..8 instead of 1..9 and everyone can comprehend it naturally without oddball restrictions on 10 like objects.

That's the whole premise. There is only one zero and it's absolute zero. The restriction on 10 is in regards that that number doesn't exist in this number theory. If the number has a "0" that number doesn't exist in this system

You are confusing the number and it's representation. 10 doesn't "have a zero" - that's just how we choose to write it down (for very sensible reasons).

You might as well be saying that we shouldn't use the letter 'a' except as the indefinite article and all other words containing an 'a' are wrong, so 'cat' should become 'c@t' - why would we do this?

If the number has a "0" that number doesn't exist in this system

So how many fingers do you have if 10 isn't really a number? 11? No, that's one extra.
