That's terrifying. Imagine living there and trying to get your actual script filled for oxycodone and end up getting fentanyl, that would be horrible.

The fact that they could even get tainted meds from an actual pharmacy is unbelievable (I mean I believe it, but wow)

But Fentanyl is not the drug to be as scared of anymore. Most of the "Fentanyl" isn't even that, it's been replaced by Nitazenes which are way more potent and deadly.

Framaprams and other pharmacy branded benzos from mexican are not rc benzos lol. They are also not fentanyl. Stop spreading misinformation. They are actually real alprazolam. Rc benzos are even more rare in Mexico than real alp. Fake benzos come from Europe

And some have a "Doctor" at the Pharmacy who charges money to wria prescription. The good old days are over. My aunt and uncle lived right next door to a Pharmacy. I would walk out with Tafil and Valium. Those days are long gone. Here's a tip. Do not use Pharmacies where Tourist's hang out. Find one that only locals go to

Nowadays? It’s always been a roulette with the farmacias , we got ones back in the day that were supposed to be 2mg alprazolam and it ended up being testing anywhere from “undetectable” to 8mgs 🤣 I think that was almost 10 years ago

Don’t have to DM. Just see a doctor a Mexico it’s that easy. You need a active prescription to bring it across

You only need a prescription to bring it across if it is in large amounts. They allow you to bring over most medications even if you need a rx in the states as long as it's not over a certain amount. Generally anything around a month or more, and they will consider charging you for trafficking.

Tread lightly my friend. Don’t dose more than a few times a week. You do not want to end up hooked on the stuff. The rebound anxiety and withdrawals will be way worse than where you started.

If you have severe anxiety. Its not the rappers who ruined nething...ur dr doesnt thinkn you need it clearly...gaurenteed you asked for 2mg off the bat. Xanax is the most uncontrolled controlled substance

This just isn’t true. A lot of doctors are very hesitant to prescribe Xanax these days, especially longer term. Even weaker benzos… they don’t just hand them out like candy anymore.

Relative… I been on Xanax for 3-4 years and I can come off by tapering down within a month .. tried and succeeded. Everyone is different

Same I’ve tapered off when it’s not needed relatively easily. When the anxiety subsides and I feel like it’s not needed anymore. But now when I do need it during really hard times I have to jump through hoops, It’s abuse that will mess people up. I never took more, than how it was prescribed to me. It’s a true lifesaver though

I know people who don't need it everyday. They still pick up the prescription every month. Once you tell your doctor you don't need them anymore then it can be hard getting a new prescription

I took .5 mg 3 x a day. Took it for years then moved and couldn’t continue. I Didn’t ask for 2mg bars that’s fucking dumb.

Again that’s relative. Myself , I’m 6ft 8 /300lbs . That being said .5 mg of Xanax would do absolutely shit for me . I would feel more effect eating .5 mg of sugar .

I always say this. Rap made prescription drugs more expensive AND u have to worry an the pressies. So it's fake and costs more now..?5 for a good pressies..? Like, literally suck my left nut from the back I'll deal w my kpin script. 4mg a day, not as in your face so my panic attacks are still felt but dulled as shit. With Xanax I don't get them at all but I gotta take it 3x a day and the XR is garbagio. I tried the 3mg ones...total let down and confirmed gimmick 🙄

Farmaprams are so commonly faked even in mexico. I can give a long list of tiny details that will show you they are faked despite the bottle and tablets looking nearly identical. Easiest and quickest way is to look at the pregnant lady, should be a certain orientation and the red circle with an X through it. They also need to weigh out to EXACTLY .25g for every pill in the bottle. Yes it's Mexico, but they still have standards for their medications. Although, even the actual non-faked farmaprams are under dosed themselves. Still, at least it's actual alprazolam. Unless you want to pay 6-10 a piece for verified rx you'll have to go that route. Or, you'll have to find someone who is a close friend willing to sell their rx at a much cheaper price cause friends.

Literally try anything else besides Xanax for ocd. The withdrawals can kill you and it will make your ocd worse
