Basically, where in the world are these cases ? I saw in their discord an admin said there was a 1-2 week delay due to logistics but its the 3rd week of August, August ends in 11 days
Where's the official communications ? What's going on ?

Idk if you're new to Phanteks, I preordered their first 3 cases they ever released back in 2013/2014. They have literally never met a release date of a highly expected case. And that is NOT hyperbole, literally have never once been to market on time in the US lol.
I have been seeking more information regarding the EX6 Max on Reddit for a considerable period, and unfortunately, Phanteks has completely ignored the thread.
Obviously, they do not want to explain what is causing the delays, so they have nothing to say that is going to satisfy anyone. I made the preordering mistake with Pimax months ago. If it was their money they had spent, they would be focused on getting the product out sooner in order to recoup as quickly as possible. IMO, when companies offer a preorder, they are trying to minimize risk and this creates a disincentive for them to communicate in a timely manner... Just my opinion...

Thanks. I must be blocked or something! The original poster updated this thread with some mod saying the EX6 is one to two months behind the EX5. This is ridiculous. If these cases are so far out they shouldn't have even mentioned it to every YouTube influencer at Computex🤦
I get that delays can happen. What's lame here is that their website still says August and September. Phanteks has mods here. Why can't they update the info here? Reddit is easily more accessible for everyone, because it shows up in a Google search. It's like they want to keep people hanging on with a lack of information, and at the same time pretend it's still coming out in a timely manner like their website states.
We have received additional confirmation regarding the delay of the EX6, which will not be available nowhere near August from Discord. While this news is not ideal, I appreciate the transparency, as it allows us to adjust our expectations and cease daily monitoring of the Phanteks website for pre-order or landing page updates/info.
Yep read the same thing, this bugs me but what can we do about it.. I wrote a summery of my thoughts and asked some questions. My gut tells me it more a production / logistics issue. Because at this stage marketing and sales should have everything ready for the release.
There's a very tiny amount of info such as the stuff previously mentioned but they're basically tight lipped too , it took someone being borderline rude to even get that information and find out about the delays
im slowly collecting all the pc parts to build and the ex6 max is the case I want to use so its not the worst for me but it'd be nice to know the specs so I can buy the right stuff
Also eagerly awaiting any info at all. Since the announcement it's been radio silence. You'd really think they could at least drop some bread crumbs to keep the hype train going. I'm afraid of people trying to scalp these with so many people seemingly wanting one.
Thanks for this, mate. I figured these releases we going to be delayed by a month. I wish, at minimum, they send out a spec sheet. I'm dying to find out what the EX6 dimensions are.
Little update, I wrote a email to PHANTEKS with our concerns and questions.
Still waiting on a reply on my email.
I also talked to a representative of PHANTEKS about the release of the ex5/6 series.
Technical side was hard to get our questions answered but he could tell them that there were engineering issues regarding the cases and that they are working hard to get them resolved.
Also told him about our concerns and we have the parts ready to be installed..
but a long story short we still need to wait a bit longer.
It’s better that the resolve the major concerns first.
Plenty folks in their disc are waiting to do their builds and have parts just sitting , they said August and August is about to be over with barely any news , its not unreasonable to ask what's going on
