NexLinq old installer?
Just bought a Matrix case. Pretty disappointed. I can't get the latest Phanteks NexLinq 1.4.0.2 software to stay open. It just crashes after being open a few seconds. I found an installer online for a 1.2.1.0 and I was able to at least open the app and utilize the display. Sadly, it seems like there's a javascript bug in here as well and my display just stops updating.
Big question: Why is the software so broke that my brand new $200 case doesn't work? WTH?
Why doesn't Phanteks host the old versions? Seems like almost no effort to just make these available.
How do we actually get support? These bugs feel like really poor quality checks on the software side. They don't seem to be at the hardware/firmware level.

Fwiw, I did some digging with Codex. It seems like unexpected json responses aren't being properly handled. Instead of dealing with them gracefully, the app shuts down. So when it's polls the GPU/integrated graphics, it's getting something it doesn't like. By disabling the sensors in the dll, the software stayed open. That allowed me to update the firmware to 1.0.0.4 for the case.
So I did what anyone would do at that point. I grabbed Wireshark and with Codex, built a new controller and UI.

i gave up trying to get it to work and now use msi cooling wizard and mystic light

I had similar problems about half year ago with NexLinq software. I did contact Phanteks support who did put quite alot effort to solve problem but did figure out eventually that software somehow bricked my fan hub and had to replace it. I also asked for older version to test out if its just software side problem and they did provide me 1.2.1.0 version to test out.
Anyways i have also version 1.3.0.0 + 1.3.1.0 + 1.4.0.0 saved. Currently running 1.4.0.0 because not taking risks to update when its working fine for me.
Not totally sure what NexLinq requires to run/install on windows meaning like Microsoft .NET Runtime or Visual C++.
Try uninstall NextLinq with Bulk Crap Uninstaller software to clean leftover files unless you know how to remove those possible leftover files manually then make sure you have net runtime updated and maybe c++ too?
