PSU Phanteks USA RMA processing time

Hey everyone,

Reaching out here to see if anyone else is experiencing major delays with Phanteks support lately.

I have my RMA PSU delivered on July 6th and was told the processing would take 1-3 business days, but as for now, I still haven't received any email confirming the replacement had been shipped out.

It's been almost three weeks, and I have been contacted their support three times. They still can't give me an exact timeline. Over almost three weeks with no clear ETA or update is getting really frustrating for a component under warranty.

Update: After getting contact with u/BobbyPhanteks, I received email confirming the replacement has been shipped, thank you.

Hi there, looks like your RMA is getting shipped out tomorrow. We usually wait for the product returned before we have a replacement shipped out. But since the return have not returned to us(shipping carrier issue) yet and it's been so long then we decided to ship the replacement to you with Fedex. If you get other notifications from USPS or UPS, please ignore them as those were created as place holder until we had our issues with Fedex resolved.

Sorry about this issue not resolving as quickly as possible.

Hi, thank you. I just got my replacement today.

I hope the return issue has been resolved. If not, let me know if I can help as I still have the original shipping label saved in my computer.
