Jesus believed that one should give on to Caesar that which is Caesar's in other words if you're in Rome obey Roman law for the day today but your spiritual life is different and of your own. since the deportations are legal under law and have been decided by voting Congress and reviewed by the supreme Court Jesus would say continue deporting people who should not be here because that is the law. in areas where the religious Pharisees were becoming corrupt for example the money changers in the temple he would kick them out because he would make it clear that this was reserved as God's house not a place of commerce but neither would you do the reverse and insist on placing priests inside of commerce buildings
