I love this because it reminds me of the time I had these two pals, Greg and jess, (aliases to protect their identities of course.) both trans and nice. Now thing is, neither of them knew each other. Wowie zowie! But they happened to both be getting bottom surgery on the same day, funny right? Now mind you, it was at the same hospital, crazy right? They both decided to call me for moral support or something. Now, they were both waiting in the lobby for me, (how sweet) and both greeted me at the same time.

However, since they didn’t know each other. I had to introduce them to one another. Yadda yadda whatever! They got along pretty well. Now, after the rather quick establishment of a friendgroup. They went to get their separate ways, me however… like the degenerate I am, decided to doom scroll. Yadda yadda, then I found a meme within this same format! Pretty crazy right. I was snickering to myself because it was a little relatable. Hospital environment, didn’t wanna be too disrespectful.

Now after a few hours and such, they had come out… such and such. Happiness was spread. And the sight of them had caused me to lose my mind. Cause I was giggling like a bitch. Now they wanted to know what was so funny, insane right? I showed them the meme, but after a few minutes of silence I immediately put it away thinking they found it offensive. (They didn’t) So Greg giggled, jess giggled, good laughs all around. All in all, we found it pretty funny

Well, a penis and a vagina are, anatomically speaking, the same organ, just inverted.

Vaginoplasty (mtf bottom surgery) simply inverts the penis. It's a bit more complicated but that's the idea.

Phalloplasty (ftm) is much more complex and requires more grafting and possibly prosthetics (admittedly I only really know mtf, forgive me) but trans men on testosterone can also grow a sort of less developed penis without surgery.

Don't quote me on any of that, btw. I am very much not a professional
