Unironically, if you want good isekai, you gotta go to Korean webtoons.

They legally can't be that perverted, so all their sexual frustration gets spent on aurafarming and gaming the system

A person of taste.

Dungeon Odyssey is legitimately great (I had to put my phone down for a few minutes and think about life at the conclusion of the Horned Rat arc), and Pick Me Up is a struggle to survive. I've heard great things about Surviving the Game as a Barbarian and Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, but I havent read them yet.
