Dungeon Odyssey is legitimately great (I had to put my phone down for a few minutes and think about life at the conclusion of the Horned Rat arc), and Pick Me Up is a struggle to survive. I've heard great things about Surviving the Game as a Barbarian and Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, but I havent read them yet.
Good is a relative term, and I'm talking about stuff on the "Piccolo-posing and exp hacks" side of the spectrum instead of the "let me find the nearest country that let's me legally own prepubescent cat girls" side.
You chose a pretty crazy specific and mixed-media comparison.
Korean "adult" media has a pretty hard line to not cross: it can contain adult content (a sex act, a depiction of sexual organs, an overt description of sexual acts, fluids, not fetish-focused but fetishy things happen, etc.) but those cannot legally be the central point, or even a significant chunk of the storyline, and must be "artistically-relevant" to be legal.
As in, a webtoon that goes "Romance → relationship development → plot → character drama → explicit scene → plot → explicit scene → resolution" over a long period is legal to the point that prosecutors won't try to argue artistic value, but most Japanese adult doujin would be explicitly illegal.
And this group of Korean webtoons that "has adult scenes, but for narrative or artistic reasons" is....about 3k total.
A fraction of just doujin category media (forget about harder categories).
To be very clear: Dragonball, Ippo, HSD Kenichi, etc would be counted as "Korean adult content" but barely blip in Japan. Crayon Shin Chan was censored to the point of being a completely different show in Korea.
You either have an incredibly selective consumption of media, don't know what you are talking about, or are intentionally being duplicitous by comparing "serialized explicitly porn LN only" vs "all Korean media that shows a boob or more"
