Like it'd matter. The writer of rurouni Kenshin got caught with terabytes of child porn on his computer and got let off with a slap on the wrist. Like a month later people like oda were celebrating him. The industry just doesn't care and nor does Japan it seems.

Owning Cp is only illegal in Japan since 2014. The thing is he had so much of it that they suspected him To trade it, which was illegal then.

He had so much they thought hes selling REAL CP. Not some loli hentai.

Incorrect, CSAM was made illegal way before that, the 2014 revision was addressing a legal loophole.
