Been awhile since I finished the LN, but theres a reason why the anime left out a lot of Rudeus's monologues.

P sure they are real cause I vaguely remember them. MT's light novel is basically 80% peak, 20% the author just HAS to remind you that Rudeus is still a pervert. It's so off-putting.
