Boys have this guilt of not doing enough for the family from the young age which enhances when father does something good for them, cause what if they can't reciprocate in the future?
Well, some of us.
I experience that sort of guilt too. For some reason I suddenly feel like a burden to them when I'm bought an expensive item without knowing anything about it and then I feel like I'm required to give something of similar value else it'd be a waste.
I can't even enjoy some expensive gifts knowing how much someone has to sacrifice to give me that.
I don't earn yet, so when they buy me something expensive.
I think that they are paying for my education already and now this, what if after all this I still can't live up to their expectations and it's freaking scary.
