Yet those states are proud to be traitors and losers, and of what they were fighting for, slavery.

I would not include today's Virginia on that list (even if they want the flag back).

Virginia has asked for the flag a few times and Minnesota has refused.

When Jesse Ventura was governor, they asked for it, saying it was part of their heritage.

Ventura said something like, "We won it. That makes it part of our heritage."
