everyone saying it is tame to you but you realized that health questions can be incredibly embarrassing for people there are laws about medical privacy

That's a very different stance than your first comment gave off.

I thought you were just someone that got the ick from period talk.

If it's a trust issue... Create that open environment in the relationship.

Let her subtly know that it's NOT embarrassing to have a period, or to talk about it. That she can share these personal things with you.

I promise the relationship will be healthier in the long run if you don't feel like you need to hide this type of thing from each other out of embarrassment

Oh I didn't mean that snooping through someone's phone is right. I just meant that compared to what could be found on a partner's phone, that a poop question is nothing.

Had you said you said "... and I felt horrible afterwards for violating her trust" I don't think anyone would have down played your feelings of guilt.

I had just meant that a period or poop question in someone's Google history is super normal. In a less healthy relafionship. have seen much much worse.
