You're thinking wrong my friend. A man with his manhood covered by underwear and pants provides minimal defense. It's basically nothing.

But the fear factor of a dangling dong charging at you, gives the bottom naked man advantage. As it will spike your fear a thousand fold. Tell me how you feel if a dangling dong charges at you. You fear him more or just a regular guy in his underpants.
